Hi, I'm Gaby.

I grew up with fermented foods long before they were a trend.

After a lifetime of travel to 6 continents while navigating a painful journey of healing my mind, body and soul, I found myself returning to my roots and the simple truth:

FOOD MATTERS.

Not just for our bodies, but our energy, our mental health, and our connection to the collective. We are what we eat.

The most powerful foods aren't cutting edge or reinvented. They don’t have ingredients’ lists. It’s time to get back to basics. To what our grandparents knew.

At a time when so many of us are sick, disconnected, and searching for answers, I believe we need to start listening to our gut—literally.

Ourkraut is my tiny contribution.

It's my Polish heritage, global travels, and my profund belief in the healing power of food, all packed into a very pink jar.

I hope Ourkraut earns a place in your fridge, and inspires a conversation about nourishing ourselves—and each other—one jar at a time.
